Jacqueline Louis

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jacqueline Louis is a mentor, motivational speaker, loving mother and wife. A Florida International University graduate who majored in Social Work, Jacqueline is a true advocate for young girls.

Born in Miami, Florida, Jacqueline is a proud resident of the South Florida community. She was raised in a single parent home by her mother, whom she refers to as her “super woman,” encouraging her every step of the way to push her towards her purpose. From childhood to motherhood, Jacqueline was fortunate enough to have had many influential leaders in her life that inspired her to pursue greatness, and that passion led to founding Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow.

BBoT was placed on her heart from the time Jacqueline was very young, and her dream came true when she founded the organization in November 2011. BBoT was born from her passion to help young women identify their purpose, understand their worth, and to prepare and propel them towards their destiny. By doing so, she will be fulfilling her desire to give back to the community she loves and cares for deeply.

Jacqueline is grateful for the higher power that guides her daily, and lives by two powerful quotes from the good book:

Love how you want to be loved” and “What you sow is what you reap.

Before she founded Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow, Jacqueline served youth  ages 3-18 through multiple church ministries at Deliverance Tabernacle Church of the Nazarene and Miami First Church of the Nazarene.

Empowering future successful leaders is her ultimate goal. Advocating for young women is her plan. Getting them to their promise land defines her success.

Jadinah Gustave

Vice President

Jadinah is a loving wife and doting mother. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida, has a heart for young ladies and desires to see them all become successful women that pay it forward.

Jadinah graduated from the International Baccalaureate program at North Miami High School, the University of South Florida and Regent University School of Law, where the Christian-integrated curriculum appealed to her.

All of her life, Jadinah was involved in the church founded by her grandfather and father, Deliverance Tabernacle church of the Nazarene. She remained active in the church while away in school, never forgetting her call to work with young women to help them realize their destinies. In her free time, Jadinah would informally meet with and encourage the young girls in her church to be better than average, and to embrace their uniqueness.

After law school, Jadinah passed the Florida Bar, married her soul mate and began her career. She was also blessed to be given the leadership role over the young girls ministry, Prestigious Ladies. As ministry leader, Jadinah stressed the importance for the Prestigious Ladies to focus on four main principles of health: Spiritual, Social, Educational and Physical. In her role, Jadinah taught dance, theater, bible teaching, volunteering and more. She also serves on the Deliverance youth and finance boards.

Jadinah believes in two main principles: “God is in the details” and “there are no coincidences, but CHRIST-incidences.“
